Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

The landscape of modern medicine is undergoing a profound transformation driven by advances in translational research and precision therapeutics. The integration of molecular biology, multi-omics technologies, and systems medicine has enabled a deeper understanding of disease mechanisms, particularly in complex and heterogeneous conditions such as cancer, neurological disorders, metabolic syndromes, and autoimmune diseases.

Recent progress in biomarker discovery, including circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA), proteomics, and metabolomics, has significantly enhanced early diagnosis, patient stratification, and therapeutic monitoring. In parallel, the application of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning approaches has improved predictive modeling, clinical decision-making, and personalized treatment strategies. These innovations are bridging the critical gap between bench research and bedside application, enabling more targeted and effective interventions.

Moreover, the emergence of precision therapeutics—ranging from targeted small molecules and biologics to gene and cell-based therapies—has redefined treatment paradigms. Coupled with real-time clinical data integration and adaptive treatment approaches, these developments are paving the way toward optimized patient outcomes and reduced healthcare burden.

This Special Issue aims to bring together cutting-edge research and comprehensive reviews that explore the continuum from mechanistic insights to clinical implementation. We welcome contributions that highlight translational pathways, novel therapeutic strategies, biomarker-driven approaches, and innovative technologies that advance precision medicine in complex diseases.

Manuscript Submission Information

Manuscripts should be submitted online by registering and logging in to the journal’s submission system. Once registered, authors can proceed to the submission form. Submissions will be accepted until the specified deadline.

All manuscripts that pass the initial editorial screening will undergo a rigorous single-blind peer-review process. Accepted papers will be published on a rolling basis and featured within the Special Issue.

We invite original research articles, review papers, and short communications. Authors planning submissions may send a tentative title and a short abstract (approximately 250 words) to the Editorial Office for preliminary evaluation.

Submitted manuscripts must be original and not under consideration elsewhere (except for conference proceedings). Authors are encouraged to follow the journal’s Instructions for Authors to ensure proper formatting and quality standards. High-quality English language is required; professional editing services may be utilized if necessary.

As an open-access journal, an Article Processing Charge (APC) may apply upon acceptance.
