Special Issue Information
Dear Colleagues,
The rapid evolution of precision medicine is transforming the management of chronic and complex diseases by enabling more personalized, data-driven approaches to patient care. Advances in genomics, proteomics, and integrative clinical data analysis have significantly enhanced our understanding of disease heterogeneity, progression, and therapeutic response across conditions such as cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, cancer, and neurodegenerative disorders.
The integration of multi-omics data with clinical insights has facilitated the identification of robust biomarkers for early diagnosis, risk stratification, and treatment monitoring. In parallel, artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning techniques are increasingly being applied to analyze large-scale datasets, improving predictive modeling and supporting clinical decision-making. These innovations are bridging the gap between molecular research and real-world clinical application.
Furthermore, the development of targeted therapies, biologics, and precision treatment strategies has redefined patient management by focusing on individual variability in genes, proteins, and environmental factors. The convergence of omics technologies with clinical data integration is paving the way for more accurate, efficient, and patient-centered healthcare.
This Special Issue aims to highlight cutting-edge research and comprehensive reviews that explore the integration of genomics, proteomics, and clinical data in advancing precision medicine for chronic and complex diseases. We welcome contributions that address biomarker discovery, translational research, innovative therapeutic approaches, and data-driven clinical applications that improve patient outcomes.

Manuscript Submission Information
Manuscripts should be submitted through the journal’s online submission system by registering and logging in. Once registered, authors may proceed with the submission process. Manuscripts can be submitted until the specified deadline.
All submissions that pass the initial editorial screening will undergo a rigorous single-blind peer-review process. Accepted articles will be published online promptly and grouped within the Special Issue.
We invite original research articles, review papers, and short communications. Authors planning to submit manuscripts may send a proposed title and a short abstract (approximately 250 words) to the Editorial Office for preliminary evaluation.
Submitted manuscripts must be original and should not be under consideration for publication elsewhere (except conference proceedings). Authors are encouraged to follow the Instructions for Authors for proper formatting and submission guidelines.
As an open-access journal, an Article Processing Charge (APC) may apply upon acceptance. Authors should ensure that manuscripts are written in clear and professional English; language editing services may be used if needed.
