Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

The field of cancer immunotherapy is undergoing a transformative shift with the development of next-generation therapeutic strategies that are redefining the treatment of both solid and hematologic malignancies. Innovations such as chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy and bispecific antibodies have demonstrated remarkable clinical efficacy, offering new hope for patients with previously refractory or relapsed cancers.

Advances in tumor immunology, molecular profiling, and biomarker discovery have significantly enhanced our understanding of tumor–immune system interactions. These insights have enabled the development of highly targeted and personalized immunotherapeutic approaches. In addition, the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning is improving patient selection, predicting therapeutic responses, and optimizing treatment strategies.

Despite these advancements, challenges such as treatment resistance, toxicity management, and limited efficacy in certain solid tumors remain. Ongoing research efforts are focused on improving the safety, durability, and accessibility of these therapies, as well as exploring novel combinations and next-generation platforms.

This Special Issue aims to bring together cutting-edge research and comprehensive reviews that explore recent advances in CAR-T cell therapy, bispecific antibodies, and other emerging immunotherapeutic approaches. We welcome contributions that address clinical outcomes, translational insights, biomarker-driven strategies, and innovative technologies that advance cancer immunotherapy.

Manuscript Submission Information

Manuscripts should be submitted through the journal’s online submission system by registering and logging in. Once registered, authors can proceed with the submission process. Submissions will be accepted until the specified deadline.

All manuscripts that pass initial editorial screening will undergo a rigorous single-blind peer-review process. Accepted papers will be published online promptly and included within the Special Issue.

We invite original research articles, review articles, and short communications. Authors planning submissions may send a tentative title and a short abstract (approximately 250 words) to the Editorial Office for preliminary evaluation.

Submitted manuscripts must be original and not under consideration elsewhere (except conference proceedings). Authors should follow the Instructions for Authors to ensure proper formatting and compliance with journal standards.

As an open-access journal, an Article Processing Charge (APC) may apply upon acceptance. Authors are encouraged to ensure high-quality English; professional editing services may be used if needed.
