Special Issue Information
Dear Colleagues,
Diabetes-related multisystem complications—particularly those affecting the renal, neurological, and vascular systems—represent a major and growing clinical challenge worldwide. These complications significantly contribute to increased morbidity, mortality, and healthcare burden, often leading to progressive organ dysfunction and diminished quality of life. Despite advances in diabetes care, the complex interplay between metabolic dysregulation and multi-organ damage remains incompletely understood, and early diagnosis continues to be a critical unmet need.
This Special Issue aims to highlight emerging insights into the clinical presentation, diagnostic challenges, and management of renal, neurological, and vascular complications associated with diabetes. We welcome case reports and case series that provide valuable clinical perspectives on diabetic nephropathy, neuropathies, and vascular disorders, including both microvascular and macrovascular complications. Submissions exploring underlying pathophysiological mechanisms, atypical presentations, and coexisting multisystem involvement are particularly encouraged.
In addition, we invite contributions focusing on innovative diagnostic strategies, including imaging techniques, biomarkers, and integrative clinical approaches that improve early detection and patient outcomes. Reports addressing therapeutic interventions, multidisciplinary management, and long-term follow-up of complex cases are also within the scope of this issue.
By bringing together diverse clinical experiences and research perspectives, this Special Issue seeks to enhance our understanding of diabetes-related multisystem complications and to support the development of more effective strategies for diagnosis, treatment, and comprehensive patient care.

Manuscript Submission Information
Manuscripts should be submitted online through the Auctores Publishing LLC submission system by registering and logging in to the journal’s website. Once registered, authors can proceed to the submission portal and upload their manuscripts. Submissions are accepted until the specified deadline, and all manuscripts that successfully pass the initial editorial screening will be subjected to peer review.
Auctores Publishing LLC follows a rigorous single-blind peer-review process to ensure the quality and integrity of published research. Accepted articles are published on a rolling basis and will be compiled and displayed on the respective Special Issue webpage.
We invite the submission of various article types, including original research articles, review articles, case reports, and short communications. Authors planning to contribute may also submit a proposed title along with a short abstract (approximately 250 words) to the Editorial Office for preliminary evaluation.
Submitted manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere, except for extended versions of conference proceedings. All submissions should adhere to the journal’s formatting guidelines and be written in clear, high-quality English.
Detailed instructions for manuscript preparation and submission are available on the “Instructions for Authors” page of the journal’s website. As an open access publisher, Auctores Publishing LLC may require an Article Processing Charge (APC) upon acceptance of the manuscript. Authors are encouraged to ensure language quality prior to submission; professional English editing services may be used if necessary to improve clarity and readability.
