Special Issue Information
Dear Colleagues,
Chronic diseases such as cardiovascular disorders, diabetes, and chronic kidney disease are leading causes of morbidity and mortality worldwide. These conditions are often interconnected, resulting in multiorgan complications that significantly impact patient health and healthcare systems.
Recent advances in understanding the pathophysiology of cardiometabolic and renal diseases have enabled more integrated approaches to disease management. The use of biomarkers, risk prediction models, and digital health technologies has improved early diagnosis, monitoring, and treatment strategies.
Furthermore, multidisciplinary care, lifestyle modifications, and pharmacological interventions are essential for managing these complex conditions. Artificial intelligence (AI) and data-driven approaches are further enhancing patient stratification, clinical decision-making, and outcome prediction.
Despite these advancements, challenges such as disease progression, treatment adherence, and healthcare accessibility remain. Continued research is needed to develop innovative strategies for improving long-term outcomes in patients with chronic and multiorgan diseases.
This Special Issue aims to highlight research and reviews focusing on integrated management strategies for chronic diseases and their multiorgan complications. We welcome contributions that improve clinical care and patient outcomes.

Manuscript Submission Information
Manuscripts should be submitted through the journal’s online submission system by registering and logging in. Once registered, authors can proceed with the submission process. Submissions will be accepted until the specified deadline.
All manuscripts that pass initial editorial screening will undergo a rigorous single-blind peer-review process. Accepted papers will be published online promptly and included within the Special Issue.
We invite original research articles, review articles, and short communications. Authors planning submissions may send a tentative title and a short abstract (approximately 250 words) to the Editorial Office for preliminary evaluation.
Submitted manuscripts must be original and not under consideration elsewhere (except conference proceedings). Authors should follow the Instructions for Authors to ensure proper formatting and compliance with journal standards.
As an open-access journal, an Article Processing Charge (APC) may apply upon acceptance. Authors are encouraged to ensure high-quality English; professional editing services may be used if needed.
