How to teach a student or how to create an artificial environment to make a good student? Teaching is not so easy. Teacher must know the acting to understand the student's mind. The teacher must act in front of a student like he or she knows sometimes less sometimes more than the student. Artificially created environments surrounding the student can help a student to be a good student. When the relationship between teacher, parents and students are made with friendship then the actual teaching can happen.
A good student can be created by giving support from the outside world. If we create a decorated world with some scientific views then we can create the scientist as we want. The reverse is also true that we can give some chemicals to the environment by which the scientist can feel bad or good. A student is not capable of learning a subject because the teacher can't help him properly or the subject teacher can't understand the student. If teachers can teach the student or motivate the student properly then every teacher can make a student as his or her wish. If we select a student and start to teach him to become a doctor then we can do it. Every time we must follow the student's activity and we must create an environment for him so that he can be a doctor. In my point of view two things are important, one is the environment and other is the guidance. If these two are perfect then every student can be great. But in my point of view guidance is made by the motive created by the elder one or the teachers and parents. We must have the power to read a student's mind. If we understand a student's mind then only, we can teach and then the student will be in love with that subject. So, it is very important to learn how to get close to a student for his parents and teachers. If you can't come close then your teaching will not be perfectly accepted by the student. When the relationship between teacher, parents and students are made with friendship then the actual teaching can happen. The most important thing is that to be a good teacher you must have to be a good actor. You may know everything about the subject but you have to act like you are a friend of the student who sometimes knows less or more than the student. But most of the teachers I have seen in my life in India like that the teachers know everything about the subject more than the student and he is giving knowledge to the student or he is selling knowledge. This type of teaching process makes the student feel dull or less known. We must have to find what is in between a student not what is within us to teach a student. Every student is a researcher and we must help to find out his work from his brain. Mathematics is a great thing by which we can find new ways to think a so solving mathematical problems increases our thinking skill by which we can know the world logically. Suppose you are teaching maths then give the student to do the maths and wait and follow what he is doing. If he can't solve them then help him like his friend, stepwise sometimes in the middle again give him to do the rest. It may be time consuming but it is actually teaching others what most of us are doing is cheating. In the case of other subjects like history the student reads the book and gives it to him to write. Reading with concentration can do better work for the student. Like this, all the subjects can be known by the student. Help the student how to read books not to memories questions and answers.
