250 drug addicted men participated in the experiment and were evaluated to treatment process, aged Mean ±SD = 42 ± 23 years old.  Abuse history of them were Mean ±SD = 27 ± 5 years. They had leaved their abuse condition in duration of this study. Before and after detoxification blood and urine samples of them were examined to presence of abuse drugs. All of them were examined to clinical Laboratory tests for evaluation of their heart, renal, liver failures. To completing of treatment they had to consump of 0.2mg buprexin tablet or methadone syrup. They had also other medication in surveillance of specialist’s physicians. All data analyzed through t-test and Anova one way. Therefore, P < 0.05 is considered as the significance of the test results.

Nowadays addiction is major problems of the world communities. It made physical disorders such as neuropathies in abusers. Some studies showed that these people made economic problems to own families. All of them have seriously antisocial behaviors. It is annually reported that overdoses of abuse drugs that took victims.Because natural and synthetic abuse drugs productions are high so the rate of addiction potential is significantly more in some of the countries. It seems to decreasing of addiction side effects selecting of appropriate treatments are requirement. There are some usefulness recommendations of suitable treatment for abusers by specialist physicians. All abusers were screened for abuse drugs in their samples due detoxification or maintenance treatment process in clinics of Welfare Organization. With this background this study carried out the importance of maintenance treatment in abusers [1, 10, 11, 15, and 16] 

Table 1 shows demographic characteristics and rout of consumption of men abusers involved in the study. First of all consent questionnaires and satisfy forms filled for abusers. Information such as age, gender, type of drug abuse, medicines for the treatment and history of addiction have been recorded. All questionnaires and also all satisfy forms after filling confirmed in ethical committee of addiction sciences studies department of welfare organization. They had consumed full µ agonist drug such as methadone syrup. The mean volume of methadone faor everybody were Mean ±SD = 15 ± 14 Ml.Also their methadone consumption history were Mean ±SD = 16 ± 3 years.  They had also consumed short time µ agonist such as 0.2 mg buprenorphine tablet. The other medication of them were Antihypertension drugs, BNZ, TCA, Antilibidemic drugs, Modaphinile, Antidibetic drugs, chemothrapy drugs…and so on. They had also history of abuse drugs such : Heroin , Morphine, Methamphetamine, Canabis, LSD,Cocaine.All of them were examined to chinical Laboratory test such as bilirubin and ALT, AST, Alp for evaluation of liver disorder and CPK,LDH enzymes to heart assesment,and also electrolyte and BUN,Creatinine to evaluation of renal Failure. Before and after detoxification their blood and urine samples were examined to presence of abuse drugs. All data analyzed through t-test and Anova one way. Therefore, P < 0>

The results of this study showed that 5% of study group had disorder history of renal and liver failure. in Tabriz/Iran undrevision clinics of welfare organization. Thereby this study was approximately showed that all of study populations had Negative results to abuse drugs in each of urine and blood samples after their detoxification. And 3% of abusers had increase liver enzymes such ALT (alanine transferase), AST (aspartat transferase), ALP (alkaline phosphatease) and bilirubin and also 2% of them had renal failure. Although blood level BUN (blood urea nitrogen) and creatinine were examined to evaluation of their renal failure. The some of this study results were shown in Tables. Also in Table2 the results of this study showed that all patients who consumed drugs, such as bupernorphine and methadone to maintenance treatment, they have been positive results in blood test for these subustances.Table 3 showed that rapid strip tests results of blood samples during before and after detoxification for narcotic and other abuse substances. Table 4.showed that drug dosage of methadone maintains therapy and buprexin treatment process in some cases.Table.5 showed that consumption of abuse drugs before and after detoxification in study group. [4, 8, 11, 12]

It has annually reported that overdoses of abuse drugs make killing of some abusers. However according to experience treatment of specialist physicians long Term agonist such as methadone is useful after detoxification of methamphetamine abusers.The results of this research showed that the long term of µ agonists are effective to treatment of narcotic subustances such opiums and motivate abuse drugs such metamphetamines.Abusers who cosume light subustance such canabinoid, they used to sublinguinal drugs such as buprexin. Variety spread of abuse drugs make incidence of addiction epidemics in the world. Also synthetic drugs make diagnostic and therapeutic problems among abusers.Therefore abusers often consumed narcotic and motivate drugs in this study. They had also history consumption of the other following abuse drugs such: Heroin-morphine-Codeine-Cannabis-Methadone-Tramadol-opium-Buprexin-Methamphetamine-cocaine….too.Also they might be used other medicine such: BNZ, TCA, MAO,Vitamins, Minerals,Anti hyperlipidemia and anti-hypertension and antipsychotic drugs,anti-cancer…undervision of their clinics physicians[1,4,,8,10,11,12,15,16]

Addiction is second major problems of third world. It makes problems of treatment and heavy economic between communities. The Depending on the strategy for the treatment of patients buprenorphine and methadone maintenance therapy were considered. However according to experience treatment of specialist physicians long Term agonist such as methadone is useful after detoxification of all abusers. These researches demonstrate that importance of replace treatments in addiction studies. Hereby other complement medicine such injections of vitamins B-complex, B12 and neurobion will help reduce neuropathies of abusers. Other physical examinations by physicians are also recommended.[1,4,8,10,11,12,15,16,17]
