In this thematic, research article, its author presents a new, large philatelic collection dedicated to the problems of disabled adults with musculoskeletal pathology, in their ability to move independently, perform everyday and professional work, their labor and social adaptation, in the reflection of such a means of collecting as philately, on thematic postal and non-postal, charity stamps, thematic, special artistic stamped envelopes and envelopes of the first day of their cancellation, special postmarks. In total, this work presents 211 screenshot copies, thematic philatelic materials, on thematic, rehabilitation and social topics studied by the author of this article.
The study of issues related to diseases and pathological conditions in disabled adults. Of particular interest and close attention are issues of disabled adults who suffered from accidents, both at work and at home, as well as persons, both military and civilian, as a result of wars and military actions, in particular with problems of the musculoskeletal system, medical care for them, their movement, compensation and rehabilitation, with the help of crutches, wheelchairs, various types of prostheses and orthoses. The study of this problem, in the reflection of such a means of collecting as philately, in all its variants - on postal and non-postal charity stamps, thematic artistic stamped envelopes, special postmarks, small stamp sheets and postal blocks, is a new, creative facet of medical research, practically not yet mastered in official medical science. The author of this article is one of the pioneers in the study of this issue. They had previously written 2 large research articles on sports competitions, in patients with vision and hearing problems, as well as in disabled adults with various physical defects. This research work is the next step in conducting further searches for materials and their publication, including the problems of disabled children [1]. When I started writing this article, I assumed that there would be quite a lot of philatelic materials on people with disabilities with problems of their musculoskeletal system, but I couldn’t even imagine that there would be so many, thousands! Along the way, I found hundreds – thousands of materials on blind, deaf, mute and blind people with disabilities, materials telling about sports activities, all these groups of people, holding special sports competitions for them! I selected all this into separate folders as materials for my future research articles.
The purpose of this new, thematic, research article is to present the results of the author's research, dedicated to the presentation of the abundance of philatelic materials (postage stamps, artistic stamped envelopes and first day covers, postmarks of special cancellation, postal blocks, from different countries of the world, dedicated to adults, physically disabled people, with the presence of diseases of the musculoskeletal system, with their use for movement and work, crutches, canes, wheelchairs, prostheses and orthoses.
Hypothesis of the study
In the process of preparing this study, the author put forward the following working hypothesis, the essence of which was as follows: there is a fairly large number of philatelic materials - postage stamps and artistic stamped envelopes, special postmarks and postal blocks from different countries of the world, thematically dedicated to disabled adults with diseases of the musculoskeletal system, using special orthopedic devices for movement - prostheses, wheelchairs, crutches and canes, prostheses and orthoses that help them in movement.
When writing this scientific article, its author actively used such research methods as literary-critical analysis of available materials on the problem under study. For this purpose, medical sites and Internet pages dedicated to the problems of disabled adults with diseases of the musculoskeletal system and, in particular, sites of philatelic collectors were studied in order to find any materials thematically devoted to the problem of disability of children of different age groups. Unfortunately, the author of this study practically did not find any or similar materials on the problem under study - in the reflection of any means of collecting, with the exception of 2-3 foreign works of close or similar content [1-3]. In this regard, it can be argued that coverage of the problem of disability in children, as well as issues of their mobility, prosthetics and rehabilitation, using illustrative material in the text of the article, in the form of screenshots created by the author, found on the Internet, collectible philatelic materials, is an innovative, exclusive way of designing scientific research medical articles of this kind! It is also strictly necessary to indicate in the list of sources the places where they were borrowed from the Internet, in order to ensure mandatory compliance with copyright.
I would like to begin the presentation of the obtained materials of the research conducted by the author with a selection of postage stamps from different countries of the world, giving a general idea of the problem of disabled adults with various diseases of their musculoskeletal system, requiring their use of wheelchairs, crutches, canes and other orthopedic devices to facilitate their movement and performance of various types of work. Figure 1 shows this fairly large, collectible selection of postage stamps and postal envelopes from different countries of the world, in a total of 64 copies screenshot copies [2-10].

Figure 2 shows a thematic philatelic collection dedicated to disabled veterans of military operations and wars, in different periods of time and in different countries of the world - in a total of 20 copies of screenshot copies [11-24]. These are also old postcards from the period of the First World War, presented in the obverse and reverse (front and back sides), which depict scenes of wounded soldiers and invalids, with no lower limbs, in wheelchairs, on crutches, with canes, as produced by the postal departments
of Germany and other warring parties. Also, in this same collection, there are philatelic, but non-postal, charity stamps of Soviet Russia, in the first years of its existence, with the image of disabled soldiers, the period of the civil war in the USSR. Also, there are postage stamps of disabled soldiers, wars and local military conflicts, the period of the 20th century, in different countries of the world, including, the Second World War and the war in Vietnam [11-24].

The large philatelic collection presented in Figure 3 contains screenshot copies of various types of philatelic materials, various means of transportation for disabled people - wheelchairs, crutches, canes, prostheses
and orthoses. In total, this figure presents 71 screenshot copies of thematic postage stamps and postal blocks, artistic stamped envelopes and first day covers [25-36].

In thematic picture 4, in the collection, philatelic selection, postage stamps, artistic stamped envelopes and postal blocks, from different countries of the world, and different years of their issue, are presented plots dedicated to issues of social and labor rehabilitation of disabled adults, primarily the so-called wheelchair users, who go through different stages and phases of this
rehabilitation, in those areas and types of professional activity, and the level of qualifications that they had before they became disabled and / or acquired, additionally, having undergone special training, after their disability. In total, this section presents 56 philatelic materials dedicated to medical, labor and social rehabilitation of disabled adults with problems of their musculoskeletal system [37-40].

This concludes another original research article dedicated to disabled people, as reflected in a number of philatelic means. The author plans to highlight this important topic in other means of collecting, in phaleristics - commemorative thematic awards and badges, and in numismatics - on commemorative coins and medals. A series of original research articles on the practice of various sports by disabled people with problems of the musculoskeletal system is also planned.
1. The author of this research article managed to present the topic he studied, both the text and the illustrative part of it, in a fairly complete volume.
2. This article presents such an important section of collecting as philately, with its general presentation in the article, in the form of 211 copies of screenshot copies, as illustrations.
3. The use by the authors of this research article, in the form of accompanying illustrations to the text part of the article, screenshot copies of the collected materials they found, is an innovative, exclusive innovation in the design of research articles of this kind.
4. These research materials, presented by their authors in this article, may be of interest to both the medical community and numerous collectors in its various areas of collecting tools and, first of all, those involved in medical topics.
5. The author of this article managed to fully achieve the goal of his research and confirm the hypothesis of the study he put forward.
