The senior doctor duty and the basic responsibility of human being promote the author to summarize the latest COVID-19 pandemic characters and new facts. And found that the COVID-19 has been being a mystery. The present vaccines and treatment or prevention have not significant results. Which indicates the pure science cannot explain the mystery and confused COVID-19. But it is a scandal or a disease caused by man-made radio physics damages can explain all the syndromes of the COVID-19. And more comments on COVID-19 pandemic have been reported.

In the later year of 2022 and early days of 2023, about 20 days, the COVID-19 pandemic liked a sudden swift wind in this short time in China, with at last 80% Chinese people in China suffering from the dead disease COVID-19. Which has been       

being in pandemic but has been being controlled more than 3 years in China and around the world. But in these 20 days, the COVID-19 pandemic has been being at large with near all people have been infected with the COVID-19 in some areas in China after the Chinese officials throw away the tight control with all Chinese people can go anywhere freely and lawfully if they want. In this time and later about 15 days all the Chinese doctors have been struggling to treat the COVID-19 of more than 80% population including suffered from by themself. It is all the facts that elderly people have been dying more than other years caused by COVID-19 with the crematory working burden has been much too heavy and difficulty to finish.

At this pandemic time, lots of people have been being afraid of health protection in China has been losing and life has been being in danger from the COVID-19 and other diseases. At the same time, the World Health Organization (WHO) has stated at 30 January 2023, the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic continues to constitute a public health emergency of international concern (PHEIC), the global pandemic and the highest alert level of United Nations agencies. Which expressed that the COVID-19 global pandemic can be more possibility in continuing to constitute a public health emergency of world and eliminating this virus from human and animal reservoirs is highly unlikely [1].

At present, after the 20 days infections of COVID-19 all over the China, the COVID-19 infections in China seems stopped suddenly. Which is not the infection characters of a communicable disease and the COVID-19. As a communicable disease break out at large without any control and prevention cannot last only 20 days or so. As some specialists have predicted there were more COVID-19 infections would developed after the 20 days pandemic in China because of COVID-19 variants changed.

On the global situation, more than 3 years passed after the COVID-19 pandemic, the dead disease has been being still at large. Furthermore, the biology of the microbe of COVID-19 has been being still un-known. And as the WHO stated at 2023-01-31[1], the surveillance and genetic sequencing have declined globally, making it more difficult to track known variants and detect new ones. Health systems are currently struggling with COVID-19 and caring for patients with influenza and respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), health workforce shortages, and fatigued health workers. Vaccines, therapeutics, and diagnostics have been and remain critical in preventing severe disease, saving lives and taking the pressure off health systems and health workers globally. Yet, the COVID-19 response remains hobbled in too many countries unable to provide these tools to the populations most in need, older people and health workers.

As the science developed modernly at present, the microbes like the virus of COVID-19, its genes and RNA are only a number of nucleotide united. The genetic sequencing must be easy to do. But why the genetic sequencing of the COVID-19 has not proved? There must have lots of stories to clear.

As the WHO data reported. Globally, as of 4:34pm CET, 1 February 2023, there have been 753,651,712 confirmed cases of COVID-19, including 6,813,845 deaths, reported to WHO. As of 30 January 2023, a total of 13,168,935,724 vaccine doses have been administered [2]. And the National Health Commission of the People’s Republic of China officially reported in last time in 2022-12-24, a total of 3469670000 vaccine doses have been administered in China mainland up to 2022-12-23 [3]. Which about 2.5 vaccine doses have been administered into every people averagely in China mainland. Which has perfectly proved that the Chinese COVID-19 vaccines have not any prevention effect in China and around the world as the Chinese vaccines have been exported to many countries in the world and Chinese COVID-19 vaccines have been considered official vaccines in the world by WHO. Because more than 80% Chinese infected by COVID-19 around the China in the later year of 2022 and early days of 2023, about 20 days, and the world has been being suffered from COVID-19 up to now and is still in PHEIC situation after using the Chinese COVID-19 vaccines.

So, at this critical situation and the special time, I think I should comment on the COVID-19 scandal or COVID-19 - gate scandal because I am a senior doctor and a Chinese being oppressed innocently but have pure responsibility of human being and duty of a doctor.

The COVID-19 has been being called virus induced emerging new infection disease officially which has not been being found before in the man-kind history.

The biology characters and its genetic sequencing of the COVID-19 have been being mystery or much too confused.

As the social development, the diseases can be caused by self-pathophysiology changes, infection microbes, environment changes, and others, including man-made radio physics damages.

At present medical and biology sciences development, any other microbes of biology causing the COVID-19 apart from virus can be identified in a short time. But more than three years after the COVID-19 pandemic, the emerging new infection microbe has still not been identified.

Because the biology characters and its genetic sequencing of the COVID-19 have been being mystery or much too confused up to now. And all vaccines or all treatments and prevention have been failing to control the dead disease as the clinical treatment method for proving the diagnosis. Which is far from true science explanation. I have to say the officially so called COVID-19 is very likely a disease caused by man-made radio physics damages. Or I simply call it the COVID-19 scandal or COVID-19 - gate scandal.

Who, why and how to make the man-made COVID-19 must be identified as soon as possible. Maybe it is the war of bio-weapon damaging and killing the targeted countries and people or even all the world people as diseases for economic gaining by sealing medical productions. Maybe it is for politics doing gaining. Or put the Chinese or world people as experimental white mouses for their bio-weapon reform and up-grade, et al.

In China, in the later year of 2022 and early days of 2023, about 20 days, the policy let the more than 80% population suffered from COVID-19 and lots of more people dying from it are rare and bad policy, considering nearly all Chinese suffering the aches from acute, residual, and side effects of the COVID-19 in a long time indicating the losing in basic official duties.

As time goes on. The truth and the real fact of the COVID-19 mystery can be clear surely.

As the science developed, the man-made radio physics damages can be easily made and produced as bio-weapons. I hope the politicians and their policies, regulations and laws must ban these bio-weapons from production, from battle fields.

As the politicians’ leaders have the powers to make the bio-weapons. They must not lose the basic responsibility of human being to produce and use the bio-weapons for their own gaining.

As I am an ordinary Chinese doctor. Treating and curing the patients are my duties and responsibilities. Facing near all Chinese and the global people have been suffering from COVID-19. I feel I am upset and imperative to do something. I hope my comments above can help prevent or even cure the COVID-19 global pandemic. Which are my objectives.
