In this thematic, research article, its authors present a new, large collection, thematic selection, dedicated to the problems of disabled children, with pathology of their organs of vision, in the reflection of such a means of collecting as philately, in all its varieties, on thematic postal and non-postal, charity stamps, special postmarks, artistic stamped envelopes and envelopes of the first day of their cancellation. In total, this work presents 41 screenshot copies of thematic philatelic materials - on the topical, pediatric and social topics studied by the authors of this article.
Introduction
The study of issues related to pediatrics as an important medical discipline, any diseases and pathological conditions in the child population, is always a very important and relevant issue. This, in particular, directly concerns the reflection of pediatric problems in such a means of collecting as philately, in all its varieties. The authors of this research article, not for the first time, cover pediatrics as a medical science, and a number of its important areas, in a number of different means of collecting. At the same time, an important medical and social problem, blind and visually impaired children, is considered for the first time. In preparing this research article, its authors, after conducting a literary-critical analysis of available domestic and foreign sources of information, established. That, as a separate topic, this issue, by other researchers, both doctors and collectors, has never been considered anywhere. There were only separate episodes, mentioned in passing by the authors, with a general presentation of ophthalmology as an important medical direction, and even then, with the presentation of a very small number of philatelic miniatures, on visually impaired and blind children. In this regard, it can be considered that the philatelic research presented in this article, by its authors, is an innovative and quite promising direction. Almost all collectible philatelic sites and / or Internet pages consider general issues of ophthalmology and / or diseases of the organs of vision and blindness, in the overwhelming number and topics inherent in the adult population.
The purpose of this author's research article is to present the issues of pathology of the visual organs and blindness in children, in the reflection of philatelic materials, on thematic postage stamps, postal blocks, artistic stamped envelopes, and other types of philately dedicated to this issue, accompanying them with accompanying, short, explanatory comments.
Hypothesis of the article
In the process of preparation for this study, its authors put forward the following working hypothesis, the essence of which was as follows: there is a fairly large number of philatelic materials - postal and non-postal, charity stamps and artistic stamped envelopes from different countries of the world, which are thematically dedicated to disabled children, with diseases of their visual organs, visually impaired and blind children.
When writing this research article, its authors actively used such research methods as literary-critical analysis of available materials on the issue under study. For this purpose, both medical sites and Internet pages devoted to issues of visual impairment and blindness in children, and professional sites of collectors, in particular, philatelists, were studied in order to find in them any materials thematically devoted to the issue in children of different age groups. Unfortunately, the authors of the study practically did not find any or similar materials on the issue under study - in the reflection of any means of collecting. In this regard, it can be argued that the coverage of the issue of visual impairment and blindness in children, with the use of illustrative material in the text of the article, in the form of screenshots created by the authors, found on the Internet, collectible philatelic materials, is an innovative, exclusive way of designing scientific research medical articles of this kind! Also, in the list of sources, it is strictly necessary to indicate the places where they were borrowed from the Internet, in order to ensure mandatory compliance with copyright.
At the beginning of this new, research, author's article, I would like to present a small philatelic selection of thematic postage stamps dedicated to the relationship of the world-famous pioneer in matters of helping blind people, both adults and children, the author of the famous alphabet/primary alphabet, named in his honor - Louis Braille, and his famous "alphabet", with issues of blindness in children [1-9, 19, 23, 24]. These are postage stamps issued in different years, of such countries of the world as: Mozambique, Sierra Leone, Barbados, Senegal, Ghana, Suriname, India, South Africa, Brazil, Mauritius, Guyana, Indonesia - a total of 19 screenshot copies of philatelic materials. The overwhelming majority of these stamps feature a portrait of Louis Braille on the front, as well as images of children reading using his method, as well as images of tests and books of varying sizes and meanings written using this method.

Figure 2 shows the following selection of postage stamps, 1 stamped envelope of France and 1 postcard and 2 postal blocks of Germany, countries such as: the Netherlands, France, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Thailand - a total of 11 philatelic materials, with images on their front side of children and
adolescents with problems in the work of their organs of vision, the visually impaired, in the process of their education, also, with the help of the Louis Braille alphabet, as well as audio books and textbooks for blind and visually impaired children and adolescents [10-16, 25, 26].
Figure 2. A selection of philatelic materials dedicated to blind children and their learning process
Figure 3 shows a philatelic collection of countries such as Botswana, Cape Verde, Saint Vincent, the USA, Mauritius, Brazil, and Saint-Rica, with images of blind children and assistance in their education [17-22, 25, 27]. Also, this same figure shows 9 postage stamps, a postal block and an artistic stamped envelope dedicated to the world-famous Helen Keller, who helped to adapt to everyday life and education. With the help of the Braille alphabet, a blind girl, Anne Sullivan, during many years of her life.
This concludes another research article dedicated to disabled children with diseases and pathologies of their organs of vision and blindness, in the reflection of a number of collections of philatelic means. The authors of this thematic article are preparing for publication a large article about disabled adults with blindness and diseases and pathologies of the eyes, in the reflection of a number of collecting means, such as philately, phaleristics and numismatics.
1. The authors of this research, thematic article managed to present the topic they studied, both the text and illustrative parts, in a fairly complete volume.
2. This article presents such an important section of collecting as philately, with its general presentation in the article, in the form of 41 screenshot copies, as illustrations.
3. The use by the authors of this research article, in the form of accompanying illustrations to the text part of the article, screenshot copies of the collection materials they found, is an innovative, exclusive innovation in the design of research articles of this kind.
4. These research materials, presented by their authors in this article, may be of interest to both the medical community and numerous collectors in various areas of collecting tools and, first of all, those involved in medical topics.
5. The authors of this article managed to fully achieve the goal of their research and confirm the hypothesis of the study.
