One hundred drug abusers participated in the experiment and were examined to rapid diagnosis and treatment process, aged Mean±SD = 43 ± 23 years old. Abuse history of them were Mean±SD = 25 ± 5 years. They had cleared their abuse condition in duration of this study. The early stage blood samples of them were examined to HIV and Hepatit B. Before and after detoxification their samples of were examined to presence of abuse drugs. All of them were examined to clinical Laboratory tests for evaluation of their renal failure through urine analysis. To completing of treatment they had to consumepartial and full agonist drugs. They had also other medication in surveillance of specialist’s physicians in treatment process. All data analyzed by t-test and Anova one way. Therefore, P < 0.05 is considered as the significance of the test results. The results of this study showed that 3% of study group had hematuria in their urine sediments. Also the rapid tests were negative results to HIV and Hepatit B diseases in all blood samples. 

Addiction made major problems in the world communities.Variety spread of abuse drugs make incidence of addiction epidemics in the world. Also synthetic drugs make diagnostic and therapeutic problems among abusers. Therefore abusers often consumed narcotic and motivate drugs. Depending on drug abuse typethey have physical disorders and illness condition problems. Some of these injected persons are homeless and infected to HIV and Hepatit B diseases. Abuse drugs make organ damage such liver, heart, lung, and kidney and so on. They also have economic problems and antisocial behaviors. Herebyusing rapid laboratory tests are diagnostic methods to understanding of the disease and effect in the treatment and prevention of the disease. HoweverCheap and simple clinical laboratory tests will be very effective in identifying HIV and Hepatit B diseases in a short period of time.Blood cell counts in urine sediments also have an important advantage in confirmation of renal diseases [1-8] .

Study Population 100 drug addicted men participated in the, Mean±SD = 43 ± 23 years old and Abuse history of them were Mean±SD = 25 ± 5 years. First, questionnaire, as well as all forms that face to face the needs of the patient were filled. Information such as age, gender, type of materials, medications used for treatment, and history of the abuse are recorded. All questionnaires and completed forms were confirmed by the ethics committee of welfare organization. Table1 showed that Demographic characteristics and type of abuse drug consumption of men abusers involved in the study. They had also history consumption of the otherfollowing abuse drugs such: Heroin-morphine-Codeine-Cannabis-Methadone-Tramadol-opium-Buprexin-Methamphetamine-cocaine…..Also they might be used other medicine such: BNZ, TCA, MAO, Vitamins, Minerals,Anti hyperlipidemia and anti-hypertension and antipsychoticdrugs,anti-cancer…under vision of their clinics physicians.[1-8] 

Blood samples were also collected for HIV and Hepatit B rapid tests.Blood samples were also collected for rapid strip tests of abuse drugs and urine analysis.10ml urine samples were taken from each patient and put into a tube containing.Urine macroscopic parameters were distinguished by urine rapid strips and all variations were recorded for everybody. Then after centrifugation with 3500rpm, urine sediments were provided and evaluated under the microscope.After preparing all the slides, the differentiation of blood cells (RBC, WBC) and epithelial cells cast and crystals were evaluated with a lens of 100 of light microscope in urine sediment. And the percentage of hematuria for each slide was recorded.

The results of welfare organization in Tabriz clinics generally showed that all blood samples were positive for abuse drugs before detoxification in all of the study population. Also the rapid tests were negative results to HIV and Hepatit B diseases in all of the blood samples.Table2 show that Rapid strip test results before detoxification to HIV or Hepatit B in blood samples. According to the results of this study Table 3 describe rapid strip tests results of blood samples during before and after detoxification for narcotic and other abuse substances. Also Table4 show that the results of Macroscopic (rapid strip test) and Microscopic urine analysis in some cases.

These studies demonstrate the importance of rapid strip tests and clinical laboratory tests in the diagnosis and treatment of addiction. Antioxidants, especially vitamins are the most effective within biological membranes, can prevent biological damage and has antioxidant property of unsaturated fatty acids of body’s membrane cells and stabilize and preserves membrane of urinary tract cells, and increases their culturing and construction. However we recommend that consumption of vitamins will effectiveness to treatment of them after their detoxification.[12-25]
