In acute care services, a drug induced sedated paralyzed patient is solely depends on nursing care.
A patient with advanced lung disease, CNS lesion and/or others compromised organ functions, sometimes needed to sedate and paralyzed. On that time a patient kept on full nursing care.

Nutrition, Mouth/oral cavity, ET tube, Eye/ Ear, all pressure point care, lung, bowel bladder care, peri anal care, central venous catheter care, Arterial line care and with associated services... All are sensitive and depends on good bed side critical care nursing for good recovery.
A good nurse is responsible for A-to-Z services which is very crucial and plays central role for good outcome. Ensuring 24 hrs. good nursing care make a possibility of miraculous outcomes. Ensuring all aspects of day night care (counting in hours) is bridging of distant death to life. A good nurse with good mood and mind is a gift (of Allah swt) for a hospital, oftentimes we forgot.
Training of nursing and vigilance is vital part of hospital administration and critical care department. In every hour on duty critical care nurse should have good relaxed mind for maximum bed side output.
