Especially at the countries of The United States and Europe.

According to the National Health Commission of People’s Republic of China report at today, 2022-01-04, a total of 2,855,225,000 vaccine doses have been administered all around China. [2]So averagely, more than two doses of COVID-19 vaccine have been administered into every people around the China. But all year round in more than two years in China, the confirmed cases of COVID-19 have been being constantly developed every day. Now, the National Health Commission of People’s Republic of China report at today, as of 0- 24pm Beijing time, 3 January 2022, there have been 95 new confirmed cases of COVID-19, all detected in Xi'an, As of the end of Monday, 3 January 2022, the city reported a total of 1,758 confirmed cases in this outbreak, which began on Dec 9. Near all of which were mild cases.[3] From the daily data every day more than two years, We can know that, all year round, the confirmed cases of COVID-19 have been constantly developing and suffering from by the masses. Now, the 2,855,225,000 vaccine doses have been administered all around China. But still, in the city Xi’an and other places in China, have been suffering from the COVID-19. Even the people have been administered by the COVID-19 vaccines, like the suffered workers in Nanjing airport and all the 2,855,225,000 vaccine doses receivers. The COVID-19 have not been being prevented by the COVID-19 vaccines.

Now at the still critical time in controlling the COVID-19, we must rethink the policy and scientific value of the COVID-19 vaccines in China and worldwide. As a doctor, I must speak out what my thinking and proposals about the policy and scientific value of the COVID-19 vaccines in China. Here they are ten interest specific public health thinking.

1. Now,all the Chinese have been being as like the experimental subjects in the medical lab with 2,855,225,000 vaccine doses into the Chinese body. The condition for masses clinical trial study and evidence-based medicine has been reached. The meta-analysis should be done.
2.  Preliminary analysis, in the grade of evidence-based medicine, I consider that the Chinese COVID-19 vaccines cannot be said as evidence grade Ⅰ, grade Ⅱ. The best may be grade Ⅲ. It should be grade Ⅳ or Ⅴ.
3. The purpose of the 2,855,225,000 vaccine doses should protect the Chinese from isolated under a limited area. And all Chinese should live like two years ago, freely. But now, wife,children,mother,father,brothers,sisters have been separated from each other. What the COVID-19 vaccines have been doing?
4. The longer time clinical side effects of the COVID-19 vaccine must be summarized.
5. From the points of the global view, with a total of 8,693,832,171 vaccine doses have been administered without controlling the outbreak of the COVID-19 on the Earth. The COVID-19 vaccine is failure. The Chinese COVID-19 vaccines may be also failure. As the Chinese isolation for prevention is more strong than most of other countries though the controlling the COVID-19 is better than the United States and Europe.
6. The compare of the mortality and the morbidity of common cold with the COVID-19 must be done. And confusion fact of common cold with the COVID-19 must be cleared and proved.
7. As China has been contributing lots of millions does COVID-19 vaccine to the worldwide countries and regions. But the worldwide COVID-19 has been being still in outbreak and in pandemic. The failure of a total of 8,693,832,171 vaccine doses administered into the bodies of worldwide people can also consider that the Chinese COVID-19 vaccine also has been being a failure in controlling the outbreak and pandemic of Earth COVID-19. 
8. As the 2,855,225,000 vaccine doses have been administered into Chinese body without relaxed significant results. The policy must be changed into really reaching the gaol of Communism Party of China made at 100 years ago hoping with happy and healthy life.
9. Striving for a healthy China must be done scientific job by the right people with humanitarianism.
10. The China results and experience of controlling COVID-19 by vaccine should be referenced by other countries to cure the failure as soon as possible.
